Helping To Make Our Communities Safer Places To Live

Homeland Preparedness Project works with communities to develop citizen responders for emergencies and disasters.

If you are involved in a disaster, are you ready to take care of yourself, your family, and your neighbors? Do you know what to do to keep yourself safe and alive?

Our mission is to provide the basic knowledge to members of the community to keep them safe and help them to respond to emergencies.

By building community-based volunteer organizations of trained, prepared Teams, we help to make communities more resilient and able to recover from emergencies and disasters. Our Teams provide immediate neighborhood response when they are involved in an emergency and supplement uniformed responders on larger responses.
